Having spent the past fifteen years in the UK, shaking the pans at Hibiscus and The River Café, Bangalore-native Avi is going back to his roots with an international series of Southern Indian supper clubs, stopping off at TRADE in between Berlin, Copenhagen and New Delhi. Join us for a four-course ‘Modern Indian Supper’ bursting with authentic Indian flavours, using local seasonal produce. Dishes include soft shell crab curry with Guntoor chilli and fresh coconut, and roasted Hereford beef onglet marinated in stone flower.
