Satomi Dosseur, sake educator and director or Enshu Ltd will give members an introduction to the history of sake, its ingredients and how to serve. Taste three sakes, including Jozen Mizunogotoshi JUnmai Ginjo, Hatsumago Kimoto and Nishinoseki Hiya, served at varying temperatures, to discover how differences in temperature can lead to dynamic changes in flavour.
